No Purchase Necessary.

This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on May 15, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2008 (Entry Period).

  1. To Enter:
    1. Complete the brief 5-Question eCoupled Online Survey at www.iwantecoupled.com before September 30, 2008 to be automatically entered. One entry per person.
    2. Enter by hand printing your name, address, email address and daytime telephone number on a 3” X 5” card and mail to “I Want eCoupled Survey Sweepstakes,” Fulton Innovation LLC, Attn: Tom N., Mailcode 31-3A, 7575 Fulton Street East, Ada, Michigan 49355.

      All 3” X 5” cards must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2008 and received no later than October 10, 2008. One entry per person.
  2. Prizes:
    First Prize: One (1) $250.00 Best Buy Gift Card.

    Second Prize: One (1) $150.00 Best Buy Gift Card.

    Third Prize: One (1) $75.00 Best Buy Gift Card.


    Total value of Sweepstakes $475.00.

    Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Prizes are non-refundable and non-redeemable. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except Fulton reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
  3. Winner Selection:
    Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or around October 11, 2008 from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. All drawings will be conducted by Fulton, whose decision will be final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. One prize per entrant. Winners must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability waiver and publicity release (where legal) within ten (10) days of receipt of declaration/affidavit. If a winner cannot be notified, does not meet eligibility, fails to return a declaration/affidavit, or does not comply with Sweepstakes rules, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. In the event a prize winner is unable to redeem the prize due to reasons beyond their control no compensation or substitutions will be provided. All prizes will be awarded. Winners will be notified by mail, e-mail or phone.

    Winners agree that Fulton shall have the right and permission to use winners’ name, pictures, likeness and/or voice in any media for trade, advertising, promotional and/or other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without any further consideration except where prohibited by law.
  4. Eligibility:
    This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Fulton Innovation LLC and its parent company and affiliates, agencies, suppliers and all of their immediate family members and those living in their households are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, municipal and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
  5. General Conditions:
    All entries become the property of Fulton and none will be returned. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Fulton, which shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. Fulton and its agencies, officers, directors, agents, and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (1) garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, stolen, postage due, late, or lost entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes; (3) errors or delays in transmission; (4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Fulton which may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (5) any losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes, or (6) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.
